Manzanillo (Spain 2025) Olive Oil

Our Spanish Manzanillo displays a creamy almond center with bitter, sweet greens on the finish. Given the intensity this is an incredibly well-balanced oil.  Harvested in November 2025, this delicious EVOO boasts a polyphenol (biophenol) count of 664ppm.  Super healthy and super delicious!
